The students as the future generation of the nation has to have and master the knowledge, mental attitude, values and behaviour which based on democration. By so doing, a democratic society which hold on the unity and integrity of the nation for Indonesia welfare. To resolve urgent issue education has to be understood as societal responsibility, encompassing governments, families, communities, and organizations, and multicultural education. It requires commitment and participations off all. That all element of communities should be regarded as educational instruments.
