The objective of these research is to measure: the influence of competitive advantage strategy towards the implementation of small scale generics strategy, the influence of bussines environment certainty towards competitive advantages strategy and strategic resources, the influence of competitive advantages strategy towards the performance of small scale bussines, the influence of business environment certainity toward the performent of small scale business, the influence of strategic resource towards the implementation of generic strategy of small scale business, the influence of strategic resource toward the small scale business performance, the influence of strategy implementation towards small scale business performance. The data were gathered though a quationaire. The sample were the 108 small scale business taken using cluster system from the 248 small scale business. The data collecting technique use were structured interview based on the questionnaire and observation, to test the pattern of the cause effect relationship model having been formed. The researcher used analysis instrument capable of esplaining simultanceously the structural amos program of 500 version.
