The purpose of this research was to known the influence of manure kinds, the influence of dosage sp-36 and interaction between kinds manure and the dosage of sp-36 to component of growth and yield of mustard, and also to know the relation between productivity with component of growth and yield of mustard. The research used factorial based on CRD method which consist of 16 treatments combination and 3 replication. Data analyzed with anova, continued with hsd test on 5% and analysis of regression and correlation, The result of the research: 1) The dirt manure of quill have significant influence in increase heigh of crop, the dry weight of the biomas, and productivity. 2) SP-36 with dosage 225 kg/ha have significant influence to increase the dry weight of the root and the drey weight of biomass. 3) Interaction between factor was recognizably at height of crops, the dry weight of the roots, and the dry weight of biomass. This interaction influence was reflected from line at level of dosage 225 kg sp-36/ha which not parallel with dosage 75 kg sp-36/ha because its response differ to the given dirt manure of quill. 4) The relation between productivity and the component of growth indicate that productivity would increase unidirectional with the increasing of fresh weight of the root and the dry weight of the root. On the contrary productivity would decreased at variance with the increasing of crop height. 5) The relation between productivity and the component of yield indicate that productivity will be increased unidirectional with the increasing of leaves number per crop and the fresh weight of the biomass.
